Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.

- Within the United States : Free Shipping On All Orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days, Monday to Friday.

- Last Order Time: 5.00 Pm

- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

TRANSIT TIME

MISSING/LOST ITEMS PROCEDURE

-Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your package via info@ProMobilityGear.com.

-Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

-Without such notification, we will not be responsible for a lost parcel. If the RMA instructions are not followed, we shall not be liable for items that do not arrive in our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY

-Cancellation Request/ Refused Orders – Once the order has begun processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.  If a customer no longer wants the item, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) shall be requested, and a restocking fee will be applied. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

-Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer will cover the return shipping costs.

-Refund: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.

Return Window

Customers in United States have the right return the product within 30 days after delivery.

Return Instructions

1. Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@ProMobilityGear.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Packaging and Shipping

1. Safely pack the item in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached in its original condition. Original packaging must be included (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, packing material, etc.)  The original, undamaged UPC barcode must also be included. Do not cut out the UPC or the Seal until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC or the Seal voids any possible return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

2. Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.

3. Download and print the return label from the link provided in our email.

Return Costs

- For Defective or Damaged Products: Please email us as soon as possible at info@promobilitygear.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will assess the issue individually and do our best to find a fair and satisfactory resolution.

- For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer as well as a restocking fee of 20%. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.

Specific Return and Refund Conditions

- Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 5 days, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The return must be complete and include all accessories.

- Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service immediately for instructions. 

- Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover the return costs if necessary.

- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us, send us photos and we will arrange the return costs and ensure you receive the correct product.

- Product Never Arrived: Please notify us in writing about non-delivered packages within five (5) days of the Estimated Delivery Date. 

- Cancellation After Order: Once the order has begun processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.  If a customer no longer wants the item, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) shall be requested, and a restocking fee will be applied. Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Upon receiving damaged or defective goods, contact our customer service within 48 hours. Send us photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the item and, if approved, provide a replacement or a return.

Policy for Non-Damaged Goods

If you change your mind, you can return the undamaged and unused product within 30 days. Ensure it is in the original packaging.

Timelines

- Return Window: Returns must be reported and shipped within 14 days of receiving the product.

- Return Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email.

- Refund Conditions: A refund is approved if the product is undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection.

- Refund Period: After the return is approved, it takes up to 7 days to process the refund to the original payment method.

- Refund Methods: Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

FAQ

1. Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?

Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.

2. Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?

Yes. The 5.2AH (124.8WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

3. I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair?

Yes. The X-lite wheelchairs can operate like a manual wheelchair. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage brake by pulling the levers to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode.

4. Does the armrest raise?

No

5. How do I charge the battery?

The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller. The charge time for an empty battery is 4-8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet.

6. Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?

Yes. The controller will be setup on the right side of the wheelchair, but it can be easily moved to the left side.

7. Does my wheelchair come with a warranty?

Yes, X-lite wheelchair comes with a standard 1-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.

8. Can I use my wheelchair on dirt and grass?

Yes. The X-lite can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease.
